Autodelta GT 3.7 Super | Engine

Leaving off from their successful 3,750 cc V6 engine, Autodelta have gone a step further by fitting a space-efficient Rotrex C38-81 centrifugal supercharger. The engine is a bored-out version of the existing 3.2 V6 Alfa Romeo GT unit, now delivering 405 bhp at 6,800 rpm and capable of reaching 182 mph. The engine development includes extensive cylinder head improvements, new larger fuel injectors with revised spray patterns to optimise combustion and emissions, and a Ferrari-derived throttle body.

A bespoke stainless exhaust system specially designed for this upgrade, with new tubular manifolds at the front and quadruple tailpipes at the back, give the new engine a wide breathing range: 375 lb ft of torque at 4,800 rpm are at the driver's disposal, and the rev redline stops just short of 8,000 rpm. The result, combined with further chassis, transmission and aerodynamic developments is earth shattering.
