26.11.2004 AUTODELTA WILL BE PRESENT AT THE 'MAX POWER LONDON' EXTRAVAGANZA, BEING HELD AT THE EXCEL CENTRE, IN THE HEART OF THE CITY'S DOCKLANDS DISTRICT

Autodelta will be present at the ‘Max Power London’ extravaganza, being held at the ExCeL Centre, in the heart of the city’s Docklands district over this weekend. (27th-28th November).

The exciting 328bhp Autodelta 147 GTA AM 3.7 model will be presented on a bespoke stand. This Alfa Romeo in particular was chosen for this show as it specifically appeals to the youthful buyer, who is seeking both personal freedom and prestigious exclusivity, along with genuine performance capability and visual stylish enhancement.

It will be the first time Autodelta has attended a Max Power event, and Jano Djelalian comments, “The show represents us with a great opportunity to reach out to a younger generation who will have never previously considered an Alfa Romeo when it comes to choosing their first serious sports car, having been brought up on a diet of offerings like the Subaru Impreza or the Evo-badged Mitsubishi line.”

Subtle changes have been made to the 147 GTA AM for this show, which is held at the modern, purpose-built ExCeL Centre, situated in between Canary Wharf and the London City Airport, in the rejuvenated Docklands area. The 8x18-inch lightweight alloy wheels that were featured on the Autodelta GT Super during its world premiere last weekend at MPH04, have been fitted to the 147 GTA AM.

”Many visitors to MPH04 at Earls Court commented as to the stylish appeal of these multispoke wheels, so show goers at Max Power London will have the chance to see then fitted to the ‘baby’ model in our ange,” comments engineer Chris Leck, “Its part of our aim that all customers can individually ‘personalise’ their cars through us being able to offer as wide a range of options as possible.”

These alloy wheels will be shod with Bridgestone Potenza SO3 compound tyres, the first time Autodelta have used the Japanese brand. This option is now added after the culmination of extensive recent road testing.

‘Max Power London’ is therefore another opportunity to roll out the Alfa Romeo and Autodelta name, on consecutive weekends, this time to a completely different audience than came through the doors at MPH04.

The Autodelta 147 GTA AM 3.7 can be found on stand 3070 at the ‘Max Power London’ Motor Show, held at the ExCeL Centre, London, 27th-28th November where the Autodelta staff will be on hand to discuss the car with you.
